Effective date: November 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Inneaux LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Inneaux,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They cover inneaux.com, Inneaux Studio (studio.inneaux.co), websites we build or host for you, the free Brand Kit and Font Viewer, Pinpoint, and any other service we offer (together, the “Services”). By applying for, signing up for or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a business, church, nonprofit or other organization, you agree to these Terms for it and confirm you are allowed to. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Who Can Use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You need a Studio account to use the Brand Kit, the Font Viewer and your website tools. When you apply for a website, we create an account for you with the email you give us. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at hello@inneaux.com if you think someone else has used it.
2. The Free Website Beta
- Applying. Applying doesn't guarantee approval. We review every application and may approve or decline any application for any reason. We will respond within 3 business days.
- What's included. If approved, we build a website of 1 to 5 pages with a contact form, hosting, SSL security and analytics, at a free address on inneaux.co. You can send us your exact words or let us draft them, and you can request edits. We decide the final design and how the site is built.
- Free period. Your free period lasts 90 days from the date your site is built.
- It's a beta. We're improving our tools during the beta. Features, timelines and what's included may change, and some things may not work perfectly. We may end or change the beta at any time; if we end it, we'll give approved customers reasonable notice.
- Portfolio. Joining the beta includes your permission for us to show your website (screenshots, a description and a link) in our portfolio, on our website and in our marketing. See Section 7.
3. Fees and Payment
- Monthly hosting fee. To keep your site live after the free period, you pay the monthly hosting fee shown to you before you subscribe. Payment is due on or before the last day of your free period, and then monthly in advance.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. By paying, you also agree to its terms. We don't store full card numbers.
- Reminders and pausing. We'll send a reminder before your free period ends. If a payment isn't received when due, we may pause your site until it is. If your account stays unpaid for 30 days after your site is paused, we may cancel it as described in Section 4.
- Price changes. We may change the fee. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you; if you don't want to pay it, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Taxes. Fees don't include taxes. You're responsible for any sales or similar taxes that apply.
- Refunds. Fees are not refundable, including for partial months, unless the law requires otherwise. When you cancel, your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.
4. Cancelling, Pausing and Ending the Services
- You can cancel anytime from Studio or by emailing hello@inneaux.com. Your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We may pause or close an account if payment is overdue, if you break these Terms, if your site or content creates legal risk or harm, or if we stop offering a Service. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- After cancellation, we keep your site content for 30 days. During that time you can ask us for a copy of your words, photos and logo. After 30 days we may delete your site and content; copies in backups are deleted on their normal schedule.
- Sections 3 (unpaid fees), 5 through 7, and 13 through 21 continue to apply after your account ends.
5. Your Content
“Your Content” is everything you give us or point us to: words, photos, logos, documents, links, social media and website content, brand details, contact form settings and feedback.
- You own Your Content. You give Inneaux a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, edit, adapt, publish and display Your Content as needed to provide, host, improve and promote the Services, including building, editing and showing your website and the portfolio use in Section 7.
- Content we gather for you. When you point us to your website, social media pages, folders, documents or articles, you ask us to read them and use what we find to draft your site. You confirm you have the right to let us do this.
- Your promises. You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it (including photos of people and any trademarks), that it's accurate, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
- Review before you share. We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to read what you share and to draft and build websites. Drafted words, facts and details can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your site and telling us about anything that needs correcting.
6. Inneaux's Property
Inneaux owns the Services and everything we create to provide them, including Studio, our templates, design systems, code, page layouts, styles, tools, and the designs and code of the websites we build (“Inneaux Materials”), except Your Content. While your account is active and paid, you may use your website as we provide it. You may not copy, resell or move the Inneaux Materials elsewhere without our written permission. Inneaux names, logos and the “Powered by inneaux” credit are our trademarks; the credit stays on every site we build.
7. Portfolio, Testimonials and Feedback
- Portfolio. You allow us to show your website, screenshots of it, your name or organization name, and a short description in our portfolio, on our website, in social media and in other marketing, during and after your use of the Services. If you'd like your site removed from our portfolio after you cancel, email us and we'll remove it from places we control within a reasonable time. We won't share private information from your Studio account or your contact form.
- Testimonials. We may ask for a testimonial; giving one is optional. If you give one, you allow us to publish it, with your name, organization and website, and to shorten it without changing its meaning.
- Feedback. We welcome feedback. You agree we may use it freely to improve our Services, without owing you anything.
8. Web Addresses, Domains and Email
Each site gets a free address on inneaux.co. That address belongs to Inneaux, is only for use with the Services, and ends when your account ends. If you connect your own domain, you are responsible for buying, renewing and setting it up with your registrar, using our instructions; we aren't responsible for problems with your registrar or domain settings. Domain names and email accounts are not included in our fees.
9. Contact Forms and Your Visitors
Messages sent through your site's contact form are emailed to the addresses you choose and stored in Studio. You are responsible for how you use those messages and the personal information in them, and for following privacy and marketing laws that apply to you. We handle that information for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Brand Kit, Fonts and Free Tools
The Brand Kit, Font Viewer and other free tools are provided as they are and may change or end at any time. Suggestions such as colors, logos and brand directions are generated with automated tools; you are responsible for checking that a name, logo or design you use is available and doesn't infringe anyone's rights, including trademarks. Inneaux does not sell fonts. Many fonts in the Font Viewer are free Google Fonts under their own open licenses; paid fonts must be licensed from their makers before use. You are responsible for following each font's license.
11. Pinpoint
Pinpoint is in development and not yet generally available. If we give you early access, these Terms apply, along with any additional terms we share when it launches.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services, or ask us to publish anything, that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or defamatory, or promotes violence or hate;
- is sexually explicit, or exploits or harms children;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- sends spam, collects people's information without permission, or impersonates someone;
- contains viruses or tries to harm, probe, overload or get around the security of our systems or anyone else's.
We may remove content, pause sites or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
13. Copyright Complaints
If you believe something on a site we host infringes your copyright, email hello@inneaux.com with: your contact details; a description of the work; the web address where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We'll review it and may remove the material and close repeat infringers' accounts.
14. Other Companies' Services
The Services rely on other companies, such as our hosting, database, email, payment and artificial intelligence providers, and they may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for other companies' services or websites, and their own terms may apply.
15. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, INNEAUX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't promise that the Services or your site will always be available, error-free or secure, that content drafted for you will be accurate, or that your site will bring you visitors, customers or results. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of content that matters to you.
16. Limits on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (a) INNEAUX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (b) INNEAUX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Inneaux and its owners, team and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your website's use, your use of the Services, or your breaking these Terms or the law.
18. Resolving Disputes
If you have a concern, please email hello@inneaux.com first; most problems can be solved quickly that way. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you and Inneaux agree to their jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action, to the extent the law allows.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in Studio at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the Services after that means you accept the new Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
20. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Inneaux about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part of these Terms isn't a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our written permission; we may transfer them, for example if Inneaux is sold or reorganized. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages of other companies' services, natural disasters or internet failures.
