Effective date: November 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Inneaux LLC (“Inneaux,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects through inneaux.com, Inneaux Studio (studio.inneaux.co), the websites we build and host, the free Brand Kit and Font Viewer, and Pinpoint (together, the “Services”), and how we use and protect it. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Information You Give Us
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number, organization, and a password if you choose one.
- Applications and site details: what you tell us about yourself or your organization, your website and social media handles, links to articles and folders, your bio, hours, booking or giving links, and the words, photos, logos and documents you upload.
- Brand Kit and Font Viewer: your brand details, colors, fonts, logo and voice, and the font boards and sets you save.
- Requests and messages: change requests, support messages, Pinpoint pins and replies, and feedback.
- Payments: payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, which collects your card details. We receive only what we need to manage your account, such as the amount, date and status, and never your full card number.
Information We Gather for You
When you apply or start a site, you can point us to your current website, social media pages, articles and shared folders. At your request, we read what those pages and files show, search the public web for information about you or your organization (such as facts, press and reviews), and bring in your logo and photos, so we can draft your site. We only read what's publicly available or what you've shared with us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and log information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, used to run the Services, keep them secure and stop abuse (for example, limiting how many messages or applications can be sent).
- Sign-in activity: when you sign in and failed sign-in attempts, so you and we can spot unusual activity.
- Analytics: Studio and the websites we host use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages viewed without cookies and without identifying you personally.
- Email activity: emails from Studio may include a small image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we know important messages reached you.
- Saved on your device: the application form on inneaux.com saves your answers in your own browser as you go, so you can finish later. It's removed once you send your application.
Contact Form Messages on Websites We Host
When someone uses the contact form on a website we host, we deliver the message to the site's owner by email and store it in their Studio account, on their behalf. The site owner decides how to use it. If you sent a message to one of our customers, please contact that site's owner with questions about it.
How We Use Information
- To review applications and to design, build, host and update websites
- To run Studio, the Brand Kit, the Font Viewer and Pinpoint
- To send account, billing and service emails, including your payment reminder before your free period ends
- To answer questions and support requests
- To send occasional news about Inneaux, such as when websites open to everyone, if you've signed up, applied or started a Brand Kit. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To show beta websites in our portfolio, as described in our Terms
- To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and follow the law
- To understand how the Services are used and improve them
Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence services, including Anthropic's Claude, to read what you share, draft your brief and website content, build and check websites, and make Brand Kit suggestions. The information needed for each task is sent to the provider to complete it, under terms that don't allow the provider to use it to train its models. People on our team also review applications and websites.
How We Share Information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run Inneaux, under agreements to protect it: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (accounts, database and file storage), Resend (email), Anthropic (artificial intelligence), Google (reading shared Drive folders, and Google Fonts), GitHub (storing website files), Cloudflare (spam protection on forms, where used), and our payment processor.
- Publicly, when that's the point: your website, a brand guide you choose to publish, and beta sites shown in our portfolio are public.
- With people you invite, such as Pinpoint reviewers on your site.
- For legal reasons: to follow the law or a valid legal request, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety and property of Inneaux, our customers or others.
- In a business change, such as a merger, sale or reorganization, in which case this policy continues to apply.
- With your permission, in any other case.
Cookies
Studio uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember Pinpoint review links you've opened. We don't use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers; see Google's privacy policy for how it handles that.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information while your account is active. After you cancel, we keep your site content for 30 days so you can ask for a copy, then delete it. We may keep some information longer when we need to, such as billing records, records of agreements, and information needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal duties. Backups are deleted on their normal schedule.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can see and update most of your information in Studio, under Your Account.
- You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it or delete it by emailing hello@inneaux.com. We may need to confirm it's you, and we may keep some information as described above.
- You can unsubscribe from news emails using the link in any of them. You'll still get emails about your account and website.
- Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights, such as knowing what we collect or appealing a decision about your request. Email us and we'll respond as the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL), access controls and passwordless sign-in codes. No service is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
Children
The Services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Where Information Is Stored
Inneaux is based in Louisiana, in the United States, and our service providers store and process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Services, you understand your information will be handled there.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in Studio before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
