The Free Website Beta
Why is the beta free?
We've been designing and building websites for over 20 years. Now we're building new creative tools to make the process faster and easier, and beta sites help us put those tools through their paces before launch.
In return for your free website:
- Your site may be featured in our portfolio. This is part of joining the beta.
- We'd love a testimonial. It's appreciated, never required.
- Your feedback is welcome. Tell us what works and what doesn't. It helps us improve and get ready for launch.
Is the website really free?
Yes. If you are approved, we build your website for free and you use it free for 90 days, starting the day it is built. To keep it live after that, there is an affordable monthly hosting fee.
How do I apply?
Fill in the application. No account is needed, and only your name and email are required: share whatever else you have and we will gather the rest. There is no limit on applications.
Will my site be shown publicly as an example?
Yes. Beta sites may be featured in the Inneaux portfolio. That is part of the free beta agreement. We will never share private information from your Studio account or contact form.
How long until I hear back?
We will respond to every application within 3 business days.
Who writes the words on my site?
Your choice. Send us the exact copy you want, or just tell us about yourself and we will draft the pages for you. You can request edits either way.
How many pages do I get?
1 to 5 pages, plus a contact form.
Payment
When do I start paying?
Your first payment is due on or before day 90 of your free period. We send a reminder before then.
What if I don't pay by day 90?
Your site is paused. Pay within 30 days to bring it back.
How much is the monthly fee?
We keep it affordable, and we will share the exact amount when you are approved.
What does the monthly fee include?
Your website, hosting, SSL security and analytics.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime.
Domains and Email
What web address will my site have?
Every site gets a free address like yourname.inneaux.co.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you own a domain (bought from any registrar), you can connect it to your site. You change your domain settings yourself using our step-by-step instructions.
Are a domain name and email included?
No. Buying a domain name and email accounts are not included.
Is my site secure?
Yes. Every site includes SSL security, so it loads over https with the padlock in the browser bar.
Can I see how many people visit my site?
Yes. Every site includes analytics in Studio.
Where do contact form messages go?
To your email (you can add up to 3 addresses), and every message is also saved in Studio.

Is the Brand Kit free?
Yes. Add your email in Studio to start your Brand Kit.
Do I need an account for the Font Viewer?
Yes. The Font Viewer is free with a Studio login.
Can I buy fonts from Inneaux?
No, Inneaux does not sell fonts. Many fonts in the viewer are free Google Fonts. Paid fonts must be licensed from the font's maker.
What is Pinpoint?
Pinpoint by Inneaux is a website feedback tool we are building. It is coming soon as a paid service. See the preview.
